  5. below; documents the E language as implemented in GNU E; contains all
  6. example code of E_design paper rewritten to use features of GNU E;
  7. most design rational and discussion of related work deleted.  This is
  8. the primary document describing GNU E.

  10. E_design.ps.Z           -original E design paper; contains rational and
  11. comparison to other work.  This paper describes the (no longer
  12. distributed) cfront based E implementation, and documents features no
  13. longer available in GNU E.
